What the contact form collects

When you send the form, I get exactly what you typed: your name, your business name, the email address or phone number you chose to leave, and your message. The only other thing saved is which language of the site you were on (English or Spanish), so I reply in the right one. That’s it — nothing else is read or collected.

Where it goes

Straight to me, Luis. Ozark Digital Solutions LLC (“Ozark Digital”) is a one-person company, and I’m the person. It’s stored securely so I don’t lose track of it, and a copy is emailed to my inbox so I can reply fast. Nobody else sees it, and I never sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting. The only measuring I do is simple counting: how many times pages were viewed and how many times the call, text, WhatsApp, and email buttons were tapped. Those are plain numbers with nothing attached — no IP addresses, no device details, no identity.

One small technical exception

The private sign-in page I use to check my own dashboard protects itself from password-guessing. To do that it briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address of failed sign-in attempts, which deletes itself shortly after. It only applies to that sign-in page — never to you browsing this site or sending the form.
