The short version: your info goes to me, and nowhere else.

What the contact form collects

When you send the form, I get exactly what you typed: your name, your business name, the email address or phone number you chose to leave, and your message. That’s it — there are no hidden fields reading anything else.

Where it goes

Straight to me, Luis. Ozark Digital Solutions LLC (“Ozark Digital”) is a one-person company, and I’m the person. It’s stored securely so I don’t lose track of it, and a copy is emailed to my inbox so I can reply fast. Nobody else sees it, and I never sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting. The only measuring I do is simple counting: how many times pages were viewed and how many times the call, text, and email buttons were tapped. Those are plain numbers with nothing attached — no IP addresses, no device details, no identity.

One small technical exception

The private sign-in page I use to check my own dashboard protects itself from password-guessing. To do that it briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address of failed sign-in attempts, which deletes itself shortly after. It only applies to that sign-in page — never to you browsing this site or sending the form.

Want your info deleted?

Just ask. Call or text (956) 893-1386 or email hello@ozarkdigital.io and I’ll delete everything you’ve sent me.

Questions about any of this? Ask me directly — I wrote this page myself, so I can actually answer.
